We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective. If you receive a defective item please contact us at jeenaproducts@gmail.com with details of the product.All returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days after being delivered. Please note that returns or exchanges received after this period will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail,within a week,whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. The refunds would take around 7 days to be processed from our payment operator.

We do not charge handling fees for returns or exchanges. However, please note that we are not a shipping logistics company, and therefore, our refunds do not include shipping charges.Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.Shipping charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
